About Ryan Heuser

Ryan Heuser, Co-Founder and President of Paul Frank Industries has been active in the fashion industry for 20 years. Previously at Mossimo Inc., Heuser oversaw public relations for the popular fashion line. In 1997, he left Mossimo to start Paul Frank Industries from his Huntington Beach, Calif. garage. Carefully cultivating the brand, Heuser oversaw growth of the business which included all licensed product, all divisions of apparel and accessories and it’s retail division ‘Paul Frank Store’ which had 30 locations worldwide. The brand was sold in over 60 countries. Distribution ranged From Nordstrom to Target. Paul Frank Industries was acquired by billionaire Haim Saban in August 2010.

Heuser has also recently written a business biography. The manuscript recounts his experiences as a reluctant leader of a globally recognized brand, titled “Getting the monkey off my back”. When he is not doing consulting work, Heuser is a competitive athlete, training for marathons, triathlons and centuries. Heuser is married and has three young children. He's been a featured speaker for Tedx, appeared on MSNBC, FOX Business and has been covered by Vanity Fair, Wall Street Journal and his personal favorite, Runner’s World.
